I wonder what you are

not like in that kids' poem

you push yourself to the shore

with those soft fingers of the sea

you touch me with vigor

నీ నుంచీ నాకేమీ వద్దు నువ్వు తప్ప

అంటూ సాంతం ఆక్రమించేసుకుంటావు

కానీ కాలాలు మాత్రం రెండు

 

నిర్నిద్ర పరుచుకున్నవి

నిరాలోచనతో నిద్రపోయినవి

 

అలుపు లేక ఒకటి

అలుపుతీరి ఒకటి

 

పొద్దుటే ఎర్రటి కన్నులతో

నీకు ఎదురుపడలేను

 

ప్రశ్నలు గుప్పించే చూపులు

నన్ను తరుముతాయి

 

I can’t explain the void

I can’t hide it either

 

I just can ignore you

 

కారణాలు లేని లేమిని ఎలా చెప్పగలం

కారణమున్నా చెప్పలేనితనాన్ని ఎలా దాచగలం

 

But I don’t really know

How to convince the night

 

It crawls like a shadow

Nobody can see that its naked

 

It’s the truth

Just this
